Requirements:

• Be responsible for the maintenance of security systems at customer sites.
• Responsible for the deployed system functionalities and ensure in working condition at all times.
• Perform Routine and Corrective Maintenance, software enhancement, bug fixes, testing and commissioning to meet contractual requirements.
• Working as a team to support operations, ensure optimum uptime and achieve business KPI.
• Experience in Server, Software Configuration, System Design and Troubleshooting.
• Min. 1 year of support or maintenance experience CCTV, Video surveillance, Access control system or security system.
• Able to be on standby or on shift/rotation to attend on-site 24 hours emergency service.
• Diploma or equilvalent. (Candidates without diploma will be considered if he/she has at least 2 years of relevant experience)
